The Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Lafia has rejected the NNPP's petition against the declaration of Governor Abdullahi Sule as Nasarawa state's duly elected Governor, citing a lack of merit.
There are no costs awarded in this case, and the three-man panel, led by Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, delivered the judgement virtually in Lafia.
