The FG plans to introduce a new salary framework for employees, linking it directly to their performance at work. This new system, announced by the government on Monday, May 13, will reward civil service workers based on their productivity levels.
According to Nasir Raji-Mustapha, Director-General of the National Productivity Centre, employees of the same rank may receive varying levels of compensation under this proposed system.
Raji-Mustapha emphasized the inclusion of labor representatives in the development process, ensuring that the system considers the interests of its recipients.
