UK Police have apprehended a white teenage boy caught on camera assaulting a black schoolboy in Carlisle, as confirmed by the Cumbria Police.
The incident occurred at St John Henry Newman Catholic School. In the video, the assailant struck the black student and demanded him to kiss his shoes.
The police, in a statement on Facebook, urged against further sharing of the video to avoid hindering legal proceedings or identifying the children involved.
