PETER OBI CONDOLENCES VISIT

Today, I visited the grieving families of my dear friends, Herbert Wigwe and Abimbola Ogunbajo, to offer my heartfelt condolences. The loss of these two individuals continues to weigh heavily on my heart, as well as on many across the nation.

During my visit, I extended my deepest sympathies to the Wigwe and Ogunbajo families. Herbert and I shared a close friendship over the years, and I hold dear the memories we created together.

Herbert's passing has left a profound void, especially considering his significant contributions to our country's development and his aspirations to further serve in critical areas of progress. He was deeply dedicated to advancing our nation and empowering its people, particularly the youth.

As we mourn his tragic loss, we find solace in the enduring impact he has made, both in Nigeria and beyond, and in the cherished memories of his kindness, humility, and compassion for others. May God grant eternal peace to Herbert, his wife, his son, Abimbola Ogunbajo, and all those who perished in the plane crash.

May God also provide comfort to their families and to all of us who grieve, granting us the strength to endure this profound and irreplaceable loss.
