The Supreme Court has backed the Federal Government's appeal against the Appeal Court's decision that dismissed charges against Nnamdi Kanu.
Justice Emmanuel Agim, delivering the judgment prepared by Justice Garba Lawal, ruled that the Court of Appeal erred in concluding that Kanu couldn't be retried due to government illegality during the invasion of his home.
