I'm excited to share that yesterday, I presented the 2024 budget proposal to the Abia State House of Assembly. Themed "A New Beginning," this budget mirrors our vision to rebuild and restore our state to its rightful glory.
Crafted to boost the economy, create jobs, enhance infrastructure, security, education, health, agriculture, and other vital sectors, the budget underscores our commitment to your well-being and prosperity.
This budget also underscores the positive relationship between the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. My gratitude goes to the Honourable Speaker, Members of the House of Assembly, the Chief Judge, and judicial officers for their support in fulfilling our promises.
Despite challenges inherited, we've achieved significant progress in the last six months. From clearing refuse to rehabilitating roads and engaging in major projects, we're dedicated to making a clear difference in governance and service delivery.
