The Lagos Court of Appeal has rejected the appeals from both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), along with their respective governorship candidates.
The unanimous decision by the three-man panel on Saturday affirmed Governor Alex Otti's election in Abia State, stating that it complied with the Electoral Act.
