The Tribunal has removed Aminu Ahmadu Chindo from the PDP, who was serving as a member for Katsina Central Federal Constituency, and declared Sani Aliyu of the APC as the victor.
This decision came after Sani Danlami accused Aminu Ahmadu Chindo of presenting a forged primary school testimonial, which the court ruled the defendant failed to substantiate his attendance at Kofar Soro Primary School.
