Gabonese Citizens Commented Military for Coup Support
On Wednesday, residents of Gabon expressed their approval for security force members in the Plein Ciel district of Libreville. This came after a faction of Gabonese military officers appeared on television, declaring their intention to "terminate the existing regime."
Additionally, the military invalidated the official election outcomes that had granted another term to the deposed President Ali Bongo.
