The Nigerian government is in talks about offering Simon Ekpa billions of Naira to halt the Biafra movement.
The President is even willing to deplete the federation account to meet Simon Ekpa's demands, which include 3 military jets, 50 armored tanks, 1000 GPMG, and 50 anti-aircraft units.
Simon Ekpa would consider stopping if these conditions are met.
