Julius Berger's renovation work in AsoRock, costing over 13 billion naira, appears excessive for minor repairs and painting. Questions arise about the large payment and potential kickbacks. Trucrete Solutions Limited's sudden request for 3.7 billion naira for unfinished interior work also raises concerns.
Nigerians deserve transparency about the ownership, awarding, and use of these funds. Renovating AsoRock for over 18 billion naira, so soon after the 2019 renovation, is puzzling.
