Today, Justice O. Y. Anuwe of the Federal High Court granted an interim order that restrains the NLC (Nigeria Labour Congress) and TUC (Trade Union Congress) from proceeding with their planned strike, which was scheduled to begin on Wednesday.
The court order will remain in effect until the motion on notice is determined. Further proceedings regarding this matter have been adjourned to 19 June.
