In his statement, Omoyele Sowore expressed his opinion about President Muhammadu Buhari, stating that he believes the President has a tendency to "commission" projects that are not yet completed. Sowore even mentioned the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, which was commissioned by Buhari but remains unfinished.
Sowore further suggested that Aliko Dangote, the owner of the refinery, should have informed the audience whether the projected July production date would involve the distillation of "Pure water."
According to Sowore, it is widely known that Buhari lacks a strong sense of direction.
