The APC president-elect, Ahmed Bola Tinubu has made a declaration of allegiance to other country, which violates Chapter 6, Part I, Section 137 of the 1999 Constitution as amended.
Meanwhile, you must not be a dual citizen to be the president of the federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Nigeria constitution states a person is disqualified from being a president if they have voluntarily acquired the citizenship of another country other than that of Nigeria.
Therefore, Tinubu's INEC EC9 declaration, he stated that he has not obtained any other citizenship.
But he has Guinean citizenship, with his Guinean passport stating clearly that he was born in Nigeria - which means he obtained Guinean citizenship.
This is perjury. Lying under oath.
