In his speech ahead of forthcoming governorship election slated to take place on Saturday, the INEC chairman Yakubu Mahmood said that he has learnt his lesson from the Presidential election that recently took place.
However, he graciously shifted the blame for his failure and gross misconduct on logistics, insecurity, attitude of some party members, party supporters, and other INEC officials that partook on the electoral process.
