Bank employees are seen in the video removing the new notes from a stack behind the old ones.
The video shows an official requesting that the new Naira notes that the woman had seen be loaded into the banks' automated teller machines so that customers can access cash.
This occurs at a time when many Nigerians are struggling to find cash.
