Nnamdi Kanu will be released right away if I reveal the information keeping him in DSS custody.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is being held in DSS custody, but the governor of River State, Governor Wike Nyesom, claimed that if he were to reveal the secret keeping him there, the Nigerian government would be forced to free him right away.
He added that they are not releasing Nnamdi Kanu because he has refused to play along with their plans and because President Buhari has asked him to do something but he has refused. I'm absolutely certain that Nigeria will split if all of this is made public today, he added.
“If I talk now, they will say that Wike is talking too much, but if I reveal the secret that still keeps Nnamdi Kanu in detention, he will be released immediately, and I am really sure that this country will be divided after saying it. Nnamdi Kanu refused to dance to the tune of the federal government of Nigeria; that is why he is still in their co-study.”
