A 19 year-old girl named Idara Gold who was abducted last year for celebrating her birthday with Biafran colour by Nigerian security officers.
She appeared in Federal High Court Abuja today for the first time since her abduction.
The 3 count charges against Idara Gold are bothering on terrorism and felony;
Count 1: That she was using social media platform to propagate the activities of IPOB.
Count 2: That she has conceal information that will help the DSS in apprehension of one Mr Chukz Egwuatu, thereby contrary to section 8 (1) of terrorism prevention acts.
Count 3: That she professed to be member of IPOB, a proscribed organization, thereby contrary to Section 16(1) of terrorism prevention acts.
Her case was adjourned on 22nd of November 2022.
