According to reports, actors Clemson Cornel and Cynthia Okereke were abducted.

After failing to return from a filming location in Enugu state's Ozalla Town, both actors are believed to have been abducted.

Monalisa Chinda, an actress and the Actors Guild of Nigeria's director of communications, made this announcement on her Instagram page on Friday.

Cynthia Okereke and Clemson Cornel aka (Agbogidi), two members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, were reported missing after their families discovered they hadn't returned from a filming location in Ozalla Town, Enugu state.

Because it was believed that the two members had been abducted, members' concerns regarding the safety of actors filming in the nation have grown.

The National President of the Guild, Ejezie Emeka Rollas, has advised all actors to refrain from traveling to rural areas to film unless complete security protection is offered to secure their safety in light of this tragic incident.

The National President expressed his horror at this despicable act and encouraged the security agencies to expedite their inquiries so that the victims might be safely rescued.
