The Rivers State governor, Wike has announced ban on night club and prostitution in Port Harcourt City. The area mainly affected is Abacha Road and other major roads in the city.
He said this in his new year year message and added that this night activities causes noise and traffic nuisance in the state capital.
In addition, he said no responsible government will turn blind eyes to such activities.
