In Katsina State, a farmer whose son is in the kidnappers' den, has sold the roofing sheets of his house in effort to raise ₦100,000 ramsome demanded by their captors.
The farmer, an old man, Mr Saudi Faskari was initially held by the kidnappers in December, and he spent about 13 days there.
The old man was released when his son went to pay his ransome of ₦50,000 and his son was seized by the kidnappers who now demanded a flesh ransome of ₦100,000
To this end, the farmer said that feeding has not been easy for him talk less of raising ₦100,000 ramsome. He has no option than to sell his roof to ensure the release of his dear son.
In a video clip, the old framer, Faskari, was saying, I don’t have food to eat not to talk of N100,000 to pay ransom. I'm doing this for my son.
