Many people did not know the Governor Ortom of Benue Sate was once a bus conductor . According to story. The now governor , became a bus conductor when things were hard and he dropped out of school . Today, the governor is celebrating the driver that gave him the chance to work with him in his raining days with a brand new Hilux van .
The Governor, celebrated his former boss, Mnenge Mtemave, for making a positive impact in his life when he worked as a conductor.
It was gathered that Ortom had worked as a motor conductor to Mtemave, who was a driver at the Gboko Motor Park in the late 1970s, and early 1980s while growing up in Gboko town after dropping out of primary school.
