Amnesty International reports that 400 people arrested at random by Governor Hope Uzodimma have no ties to ESN.
The Imo State Government announced the arrest of at least 400 people allegedly associated to the Eastern Security Network (ESN) in May 2021, according to Amnesty International.
The majority of them were picked up at random in their homes and on the streets and had nothing to do with ESN, according to the group's investigation.
