The Imo State government has painted roads black in preparation of President Muhammadu Buhari's visit on September 9, 2021.
Governor Hope Uzodimma who revealed this on Saturday while addressing newsmen at the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport said that all is now set for President Buhari's visit.
As a result, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) declared unplanned sit-at-home in the whole of Biafranland on the same day in protestation against the visit of Buhari to Imo State.
