This Chinese People in Uganda are committing cyber crimes that are capable to tarnish the image of Uganda and Africa at large.
They stole lab tops and hand sets with some other gadgets bearing Uganda names from locals to dupe their fellow Chinese and other nationals in wechat social media, they intentionally make their victims to believe that they were been duped by the Africans.
The police is yet to discover why they are doing this. The Chinese criminals are about 37 in number, living in one duplex apartment.
