Onion is a round vegetable that is usually white, yellow, or red which has a strong smell and taste.

It's widely cultivated Asian herb (Allium cepa) of the lily family with pungent edible bulbs


Onion is one of the anti-biotics which helps to strengthen the immune system. In other words, helps to fight common infections. 

You are recommended to chew one blub of onion everyday or better still grind 4 big bulbs of onions, mix it with a litter of honey. Take it with a shot (20 mls) morning and night.
