HEALTH TIPS ON HOW TO TREAT HEEL PAIN



Heel is the human   foot below the   ankle and where it becomes the leg.

How to get rid of heel pain just in few days. 

Get the following ingredients:

*  Get 160 to 230 milliliters of cider vingar. 

*  Soak it with 5  liters of hot but not too hot water in a basin. 

*  Add 5 tablespoons of sea salt. 

*  Add 5 tablespoons of baking soda. 

*  Add 1 tablespoon of ginger power. 

*  Add 1 tablespoon of pepper. 

Then soak your feet there up to 30 minutes to 1 hour after which you wash it which you wash them with warm water and apply foot bath everyday. 

Note: Do it during bedtime in order to get a desirable results.
