The Justice Garba has taken over from Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa-chuwa as the President of the of Court of Appeal in Lagos.
Garba was a born in 1958. He was a Justice of River State Court of Appeal Port-Harcourt in 2015 and a Chairman of judicial Commission of inquiry into the Shiites massacre of 2015 in Kaduna State.
Presently, He is to take over a presiding Lagos State Court of Appeal.
