EX-GOVERNOR'S SON EMERGES AS SPEAKER OF 7TH ASSEMBLY IN ABIA STATE

The former governor of Abia State, T A Orji who did nothing in Abia during his regime in Abia State and was being controlled by his son Chinedu Orji popularly known as Ikuku.

After his father tenure as a governor, he was elected into the Senate while his son was elected into the State Assembly where he emerged the majority leader in 2015.

The father and son have just been reelected for another four years.

The Abia State Governor, Victor Okezie Ikpeazu has been supporting them based on the spiritual agreement he had with T. A Orji in 2015 before becoming a Governor.

The possibility of Okezie handing over power to Ikuku in 2023 is there to redeemed the spiritual agreement had with the father.

It's now in line with what the Former Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha called politics of Nna-na-nwa (father-and-son).
