"I, Engr. Dr. Abubakar Adama APC Governorship aspirant ( kogi 2019) declare as follows:
That after due consultation with my supporters across the entire state, I have voluntarily withdrawn from the Kogi Governorship race.
We have taken a decision to throw our support behind the candidature of Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin RTD.
This decision is taken in the interest of our people, and good governance. In order to speak one voice and have good representation,
Consequently, my supporters in Idah federal constituency and the state at large unanimously and
wholeheartedly support the candidature of vice Admiral Usman Jibrin Rtd, and we will remain strongly behind him and work with him to victory.
All the ward coordinators across the state for Engr Dr. Abubakar Adama, are directed to key into this project to work and ensure victory come Nov 2019.
We shall remain committed to the noble course of installing vice Admiral Usman Jibril, as the next Governor of Kogi State."
