January 2019, President Muhammadu Buhari made this statement:
"Fulani Herdsmen Are Not Nigerians, They Are from Mali, Niger and Chad There Is no Way We Can Fight Them."
Then, June 2019 he made another opposite of the first statement:
"We'll Create Ruga Settlement For Fulani To Curb Farmers/Fulani Clashes.
Why give Nigeria Land to total strangers?…
