HEALTH TIPS ON HOW TO TREAT MENSTRUAL PAIN


Menstruation is a discharging of  blood, secretions, and tissue debris  from the uterus that recurs in nonpregnant  breeding-age primate females at approximately monthly intervals. 


Menstrual pain is a process by which female feels pain each time she menstruates. To some, everybody around her must know that she has entered into her menstrual period due to pains she was passing through. But there are solution to that and after that nobody will know when you start to menstruate again.


Here are the remedy to such problem

*  Get 4 pieces of native cola.

*  Get ginger and garlic. 


*  Cut all into pieces and put inside a plastic container.

*  Get one bottle of lime juice (original). 

*  Add the lime juice into it and keep it for 5 hours.

Start taking it with 2 spoons daily for 7 days.
