The All Progressive Congress (APC) South East youths planned to shut down Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Abuja for withholding of Governor Rochas Okorocha's certificate of return.
According to the South-East zonal youth leader, Comrade Olisaemeka Onyeka who said that this fight is not for Governor Okorocha any longer rather it's about the Igbos because such a thing cannot happened in other ethnic group in Nigeria.
He added that this is against the provisions of the Nigerian constitution to illegally withhold his certificate of return against the clear provisions of the Nigerian constitution.
They have threatened to storm INEC office with one million youths from South East starting from Monday if INEC failed to release the certificate.
Again that Governor Okorocha prevented them from coming since he plans to follow the due process but they refused.
