The Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha lamented on how he spent his own money for development of the State.
He said that he spent over ₦18 billion from his pocket. Therefore, Imo government is owing him.
Okorocha called the Imo State Governor elect Emeka Ihedioha to plan on how to pay his money back.
"I used my personal money to run lmo State. Imo govt owes me over 18 Billions Naira".
"Emeka Ihedioha must make plans to pay my money".
