Your erection is a huge barometer of overall health. Having a healthy sex drive means optimal levels of testosterone, minimal levels of stress and anxiety, and a great cardiovascular system. And if something is off, your erection will go off. If you're experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction, the main culprit is often your diet.

  These are foods you should avoid to maintain a healthy sex drive and keep your penis working in tip-top shape. 

The occasional drinking is fine, but drinking too much can kill your erection. Alcohol is a depressant and can impede the brain-body connection, which explains why we're so damn smart when we're drunk. Alcohol can alter your response to sexual stimulus, creating more mental stress and anxiety. Again, alcohol tends to make you fat, which lowers your testosterone levels.  A study from the University of Washington also found that getting drunk interfered with how long it took to get aroused and how quickly they lost wood.

Sugary foods/drinks:
Sugar from soda drinks, sweet, ice-cream etc can crash your libido and erection in a twinkle of an eye causing you embarrassing moment with your partner.
 Polish researchers found that soft drinks can contribute to erectile dysfunction due to their high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, and overall impact on weight management.

Fried Foods:
Fried foods definitely destroy your sexual life. Tans fats found in fried foods dramatically decrease the male and female libido. According to medical daily consuming fatty acids can also cause abnormal sperm production in men and interferes with female gestation.
 I mean, one bite of fried food won't destroy your tool, but eating too many fried foods might.  You'll get fatter, which will lower your testosterone levels, and you'll flood your body with trans fats, which increases your risk of cardiovascular disease .

The inner lining of the bag contains chemicals consisting of perfluoralkyl acids (PFOA or PFOS) and, in animal tests, scientists found that PFOAs generate tumors of the testicles, liver, and pancreas. The connection between PFOAs and health problems in humans are evident, but less conclusive.
There's also a potential link between PFOAs and sexual problems. And in 2006, the EPA concluded that PFOAs are “likely to be carcinogenic in humans.”

The isoflavones in soy that are associated with positive health effects. Also have estrogen-like properties that might create an adverse response in guys.
In 2011, researchers from Harvard Medical School suggested that soy consumption correlated with erectile dysfunction and decreased free testosterone levels. To make things even more interesting, after the man quit his soy-rich diet for a year, he regained full sexual function .

Processed carbohydrate:
Any refined carbohydrates, like those found in bleached white flour and white rice are bad news for your sex drive. This include many pastas, cereals (rice and wheat) breads and snack foods like crackers, cookies and chips.
Men's fitness explained that large amount of refined carbs will cause your testosterone levels to decrease.
The sugar from these carbohydrates can make men gain weight and raise estrogen levels as testosterone bus depleted.
Instead go for good carbs like vegetables and whole grains.
