On Friday afternoon, protesting women in Bokkos town, Plateau state, reportedly set fire to the house of District Head Michal Monday Adanchi following the arrest of community members linked to recent killings.
The incident occurred around 12:30am, starting at the police station and later escalating to the traditional ruler's residence and administrative office, as the women expressed their anger over the arrests.
