The special investigation report on CBN activities alleges that Godwin Emefiele utilized illegitimate funds, using proxies to acquire Union Bank of Nigeria for Titan Trust Bank Limited and Keystone Bank without evidence of payment.
Consequently, the report suggests the Federal Government should annul the bank sales and assume control.
