Seyi Tinubu was barred from participating in meetings at the Villa, including the Federal Executive Council, due to a dispute with the President's Chief Security Officer, Fasasi Adeboyega.
He attempted to enter a high-level security briefing his father, Bola Tinubu, was holding but was halted by the CSO.
Seyi, eager to demonstrate authority to some foreign associates, persistently tried to enter, leading to a confrontation with the CSO, resulting in a near physical altercation.
Bola Tinubu intervened, learning of the situation, and instructed Seyi to leave the Villa, cautioning him about potential bans if such behavior continued.
Reports suggested a continuous feud between Seyi and the CSO over business deals and access.
