The Court of Appeal has overturned the Tribunal's decision, confirming Abdullahi Sule as the rightful governor of Nasarawa.
The court deemed the Tribunal's recalculation of votes in favor of Ombugadu of the PDP invalid due to inadmissible and hearsay evidence.
