BUHARI WELCOMES SUPREME COURT VERDICT

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has welcomed the Supreme Court's decision to dismiss the appeals by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP). He sees this as a relief for himself and the majority of Nigerian citizens. Buhari emphasized that this decision reaffirms the will of the majority over the determined efforts of a minority.

After an 8-month-long legal journey, Buhari believes that it's time for the nation to take a break. He encourages the opposition to accept the hand of fellowship extended by the Tinubu/Shettima-led APC government and let the government run the administration, allowing people to enjoy the benefits promised by the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Furthermore, Buhari expressed concern about low voter turnout, especially in urban areas, and called for a change in this trend, considering the vibrancy of democracy in Nigeria. He also extended his wishes for a successful term to President @officialABAT and his team.
