BIAFRA CURFEW & PROTESTS — SIMON EKPA WARNS NIGERIA GOVT



Simon Ekpa, the Prime Minister of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has officially announced a campaign aimed at delegitimizing the Nigerian government within the Biafra territory. The ongoing Monday sit-at-home protests will persist. 


However, if Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other unlawfully detained Biafrans are not released, and if all roadblocks and checkpoints in Biafraland are not dismantled by September 15, 2023, the Biafra people will embark on a three-week civil disobedience campaign with the following curfew schedule:


**Week One:**

- On September 18, 2023, a normal Monday sit-at-home.

- From September 19 to September 22, 2023, there will be a curfew from 6 am to 12 noon.

- On September 23 and 24, 2023, there will be normal movement in Biafra territory.


**Week Two:**

- On September 25, 2023, a normal Monday sit-at-home.

- From September 26 to September 29, 2023, there will be a curfew from 6 am to 12 noon.

- On September 30 and October 1, 2023, there will be normal movement in Biafra territory.


**Week Three:**

- On October 2, 2023, a normal Monday sit-at-home.

- From October 3 to October 6, 2023, there will be a curfew from 6 am to 12 noon.


During this three-week curfew period, all Nigeria government Secretariats in Biafra territory must remain closed in all states.
