The self-declared prime minister of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Simon Ekpa, has announced appointments for various roles to serve the Biafran community:
1. Mazi Uche Obi is now the European Representative, residing in Finland.
2. Mazi James Adinnu has been appointed as the African Representative, located in South Africa.
3. Dr. Ebere has been designated as the American Representative, based in the United States.
4. Dr. Ngozi Orabueze is appointed as the Chief of Staff, also based in the United States.
5. Chief Charles Nwankwo is now the Special Secretary to the Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile.
6. Mazi Emma has been chosen to lead the Conflict Resolution Committee of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile.
