DSS Detains Emefiele Again Following Court Arraignment and Bail
Mr. Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has been rearrested by the Department of State Service (DSS) at the premises of the Federal High Court in Lagos.
Earlier in the day, the DSS had brought Emefiele before the court, where he was arraigned on a two-count charge of illegal possession of firearms. However, despite being granted bail, he was subsequently taken into custody again by the DSS.
