Lagos Police successfully rescued baby found under parked bus.
In the Ketu area of Lagos State, the police command has successfully rescued a baby girl who was discovered under a parked bus.
Prompt action was taken after a resident heard the cries of the healthy baby girl at approximately 4:30 am on Wednesday. The baby was promptly placed in safe custody by the authorities.
Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, shared this information on his Twitter page on Thursday. He also mentioned that investigations are currently underway.
Accompanied by a photo of the child, Hundeyin's tweet read as follows: "Yesterday, a Lagos resident heading to work around 4:30 am heard the cries of a baby beneath a parked bus in the Mile 12 Ketu area. After being alerted, police officers from the Ketu Division took the healthy baby girl into safe custody. Investigations are ongoing."
