Peter Obi, the Labour Party candidate in the 2023 presidential election, has submitted his evidence to the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in order to contest the results of the February 25 presidential election.
On May 20, Obi requested a seven-week extension to gather witnesses who would support his case at the Presidential Election Petition Court. He announced his intention to present 50 witnesses who would provide testimony and present evidence to prove that the 2023 presidential election was manipulated to his disadvantage.
In a video released on Thursday, numerous boxes containing envelopes were transported into the courtroom.
