Donald Trump and his MAGA supporters have been asserting for several months that Trump had declassified all his documents. However, during a CNN Town Hall event, Kaitlan Collins asked Trump whether he had shown his classified documents to anyone, to which he responded with "not really" and then added, "not that I can think of" before stating that he had the right to do so.

It is essential to note that the argument that Trump could claim to have declassified documents after leaving office may not stand in court, according to several experts. This scenario would be akin to Obama asserting today that he had declassified the Edward Snowden leaks, which would be nonsensical.
