I'll sign a new social contract with Ndi Abia today.
I promise to serve you with all the abilities God has given me, but I also expect you to make some sacrifices.
I'll do my best to be a good conductor, but everyone in this orchestra needs to play their part in unison. We agreed in our social contract with the wonderful people of Abia State that we would not run an excuse- and blame-filled government.
