Omoyele Sowore expressed concern regarding the situation involving Seun Anikulapo Kuti and made the following statement:
"Seun Anikulapo Kuti's case takes a troubling turn as the Lagos Chief Magistrate assigned to the matter has suddenly gone missing.
Today's court session was adjourned as she claimed to be attending a 'crucial training.' However, it has come to light that the Chief Magistrate issued undisclosed 'orders' in closed court, allowing the police to forcefully take @realseunkuti to a psychiatric hospital in Ogun State.
This appears to be an act of vengeance rather than a pursuit of justice. #FREESEUNKUTI #FREESEUNKUTI"
