Barrister Malcolm Omirhobo has mocked Professor Manhood Yakubu, the chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) saying, that he should have known that there is no perfect crime.
He said: "INEC manipulated results to favour APC now it is unable to reconcile the figures it announced.
"When you tell a lie, you need another lie to cover it up. It goes on and on until the truth is revealed. The criminal Prof Mahmood should have known that there is no perfect crime."
