According to the IREV findings, the Labour Party led by Peter Obi emerged victorious in Rivers, Taraba, and Benue states. Moreover, their margin of victory in Plateau and Lagos was significantly larger than what was reported by INEC.
In addition, the party also secured a considerably higher number of votes in Gombe, Borno, and Adamawa.
Tribunal has fixed dates to hear Peter Obi case against Tinubu for 10th, 12th and 13th May, 2023.
